John McAfee’s GHOST Token Partners with Vending Machine Payment Module IvendPay

John McAfee’s GHOST token has announced a partnership with Hong Kong-based vending machine payment module IvendPay. As per the official tweet, GHOST will now be available for payments at more than 60 vending machines across Hong Kong, including one at Hong Kong Disneyland.

GHOST token is a recently launched cryptocurrency that focuses on the privacy and anonymity of transactions. Its creator, computer scientist, and anti-virus pioneer John McAfee will discuss the GHOST token in a TV interview with NASDAQ, on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.

McAfee has been one of the fiercest voices in support of the crypto-blockchain industry. After breaking his support for Bitcoin in the last few months of 2019, the controversial figure launched a decentralized crypto exchange called McAfee DEX. Being a strong advocate of complete financial freedom, McAfee has often said that transaction details should be absolutely private, and no one, including the government, must have a say in financial transactions of an individual.

GHOST token appears to be a real-life manifestation of McAfee’s vision, as it maintains complete privacy and anonymity of the users. The protocol uses a state-of-the-art escrow pool that erases the history of transactions and creates a protective shield, which helps the user to maintain anonymity and protect data privacy.
